FAQ
What drivers ask us most.
Do I have to pay any fee or deposit?
There is no joining fee, no charge for the safety fittings, and no charge for training.
Will I lose the parents I already have?
No. The families riding with you today stay with you. The app only gives them live tracking and alerts.
Who owns the van?
You do. The van is yours and stays yours — we add safety fittings, not an ownership claim.
My police verification isn't done — can I still join?
Do get in touch. Verification must be complete before your first ride, but our team helps you get it done.
How and when do I get paid?
However you collect fees from parents today, you can carry on exactly the same way — nothing has to change. And if you would rather we collect on your behalf and pay you, we can do that too. It is entirely your decision, and it is set down in writing when you join.
Do I need to install a GPS device?
No. Tracking runs from the driver app on your phone — no extra hardware needed.
