Support
How can we help?
Where to reach us
One team answers everything. Email us with as much detail as you can — the date, the child's name, or the vehicle — and we will come back to you.
If you are a parent
- Waitlist status — when we are launching on your route, and where your society or school stands in the queue.
- The free upgrade — whether your current van qualifies, and what the inspection involves.
- A problem on a ride — a late pickup, a missed alert, a driver concern, or anything that worried you. Tell us the date and the child's name and we will pull the trip record.
- Changing details — a new stop, new timings, a change of school, or updating your emergency contacts.
- Alerts — if WhatsApp alerts are not arriving, tell us the number you registered so we can check it.
If you are a partner driver
Driver help has its own page — joining and verification, documents, the driver app, safety equipment, fees and payouts, and reporting an incident. Go to Partner Support.
If you are a school or society
Write to info@vidhilekhalab.com about route launches, road-safety workshops, onboarding the vans that already serve your students, or arranging access for your transport coordinator.
Your data
- Delete your data — see Delete Account.
- Access or correct your data — email us and we will respond within 30 days. What we hold is set out in the Privacy Policy and, for drivers, the Partner Privacy Notice.
- Grievances about personal data — go to our grievance officer, whose contact details are in the Privacy Policy.
Complaints
If something went wrong and you are not satisfied with the answer you got, say so and we will treat it as a formal complaint. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as set out in our Terms of Use. Complaints about a child's safety are acted on immediately, and a driver or vehicle can be taken off the platform while we investigate.
